28mm street junk barricades
Here’s a few more street junk barricades I made recently. Based on 2mm MDF (120mm x 60mm) they are littered with all manner of items from my bits boxes. The vehicle are die cast metal, boxes and barrels are resin cast from my own designs, plastic dolls house furniture, and parts from other modelling items. I hope you like the pictures....
WIP pictures show the variety of modelling items used..

28mm Urban/Post Apocalyptic barricades
I recently made up some Urban/Post Apocalyptic Barricades. Scratch built from various styrene sheets, styrene 'I' beams, and various other corrugated materials, although I tried to use different sizes of corrugated materials to add some variation. The boxes, tyres, sacks and barrels are resin casts items, pallets are 3D printed. Based on 2mm MDF with all pigments sealed for durability, they were really enjoyable to make. I hope you like the pictures....

28mm Street Junk Barricades
I did a post on how I make these back in September, but having picked up some more of this type of dolls house furniture i used the spares to make another set of barricades. Please take a look at my earlier post, they are relatively easy to put together. The painting is probably the most difficult part of the process, I like to start with the centre piece of furniture and work out from there. I hope you like the pictures, they will go up on my Ebay page very soon

28mm street junk barricades
Over the years I’ve picked up a number of plastic dolls house furniture, mainly to see how the scale work with wargaming terrain, and for the little detail bits that are hard to find
They come in packs like this, at a very reasonable cost..

The scale is good so I was thinking of turning these into some barricades. So i went down a wormhole of creativity and started playing around with some combinations. Coupled with a few barrels, chests and bags from my own designs here’s what I came up with....
The furniture pieces are hollow, so i filled the back of them with a bit of milliput and woodfiller...
The sandbags i made from milliput, then with a bit of glue and some mating of parts here's what i finished with...
After painting they looked like this. The redoubt mini is there for scale purposes...
These will be going up on my Ebay shop very soon...
